Business Terms & Conditions
These Business Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Site Terms and Privacy. The ownership of the site is with Outdoor Supermarket Limited (Outdoor Supermarket), a UK registered company, and all relationships with its subsidiary Companies are related. The terms relate to all the Outdoor Supermarket domain names registered throughout the world whereby the local Outdoor Supermarket Company, or our agent, are handling the local services for that domain. For reference throughout these terms, all uses of Outdoor Supermarket relate to all Outdoor Supermarket companies, the current list is provided in the ‘contact’ link on the home page.
VAT
VAT is payable on the goods and services as follows:
- If you are buying in the UK then VAT is chargeable.
- If you are in another EU Country AND you have a valid VAT Registration number, then the VAT rate would be exempt.
- Outside the EU, the VAT rate is zero.
Payment & Currency
Outdoor Supermarket accepts a range of payment facilities – please see the web site for all the options. If paying direct into our Bank Account or paying by cheque, the funds must be set cleared before the goods will be sent or Services used.
The Credit Card payments are operated by World Pay Plc who uses 128-bit SSL security pages. Outdoor Supermarket bases it’s charges in Sterling.
Placing Ordering At Outdoor Supermarket we have made your shopping experience easy and user friendly. When you have found a product you wish to order, click 'add to basket' or if you are not sure, ‘add to wish list’.
You can then browse and add additional products to your basket from any of the categories, if you require more than one of a particular product - amend the quantity on the basket page. At any time you can review the contents of your basket.

Out of Stock items & back orders
Check out After choosing all of your products, proceed to the check out. You will be given the opportunity to review your purchase and confirm that you wish for the order to take place.
If you are an existing Outdoor Supermarket User, remember to login.
Please check that all your details are correct before confirming your order.
You can purchase goods from Outdoor Supermarket in several ways.
| - You can order directly over the internet using our secure server, using one of the major Credit/Debit cards. We currently accept virtually all Credit & Debit cards plus PayPal. |
| - If you do not wish to disclose your credit card details over the Internet, you can order in the normal way - just select Credit Card by Phone/Fax. Your order will be on hold until you contact one of our Sales Team. Please make sure that you take note of your order number when calling us. |
| - You can call us direct and tell our Sales Team the product you are looking for over the phone. You will need to let us know the product code and size required, as well as your credit card details, and billing address. |
| - You can fax your order details to the Contact address. You will need to let us know the product code, size, method of payment and billing address. |
Delivery UK: Outdoor Supermarket will use it’s agents to deliver anywhere in the UK, and you should receive your order within 5 working days. EU: Outdoor Supermarket will deliver your order anywhere within the EU, and you should receive your order within 7 working days. Non EU: Outdoor Supermarket will contact you about costs involved for shipping
Tracking Orders
Returns You may return your order if you are unsatisfied with it for a full and complete refund. If you wish to return your 'unworn' or 'unused' product for any reason, please complete the returns form provided with your order.
If at any time you are not completely satisfied with our service you can contact us at the address on the Contact Us page or email returns@Outdoor SupermarketAdventure.com. All complaints will be dealt with quickly, fairly and in complete confidence. We will acknowledge any complaints within 5 working days, we will also provide a likely timescale for resolving any problems, and keep you continuously informed of progress.
Statistical information
Where we provide statistical information based on the use of the site, namely, number of Unique visitors; a customer’s or individual’s access statistics, it will not include any information that enables anyone to identify individuals or customers.

Links to other sites are done with best intentions but no liability is accepted by Outdoor Supermarket for their content or its publication elsewhere.
Governing law
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall decide all disputes.
