How can I find out more information about a product?

Normally, all the information we have about products is shown on the website. However, if you require more than what is available, please use the contact form.

 

How do I know that the item is in stock?

All items should be available, unless there is a specific reference. If an item is temporarily out of stock, this will be shown. Items that are no longer available are marked as ‘sold out’ or are removed from the site. If you have ordered an item which is no longer available then you will be contacted immediately and advise on alternatives.

 

Is there a warranty or guarantee?

Can you send me a catalogue?

Due to the vast number of products we have and the regular changes and updates, we do not send out catalogues. You will be able to find everything online.

 

Do you sell replacement parts?

No, you would need to contact the manufacturer for spares.

You will find a link at the bottom of the website detailing all of the available sizes of the products and explains what the sizes are.

Delivery

How can I track my order?

When you are logged in, go to order status/history and at the bottom you will see your order/billing history.

 

I want my product delivered to a different address, what do I do?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot change the delivery address that you have already entered so please make sure this is entered in correctly to begin with.

 

Your delivery address can however be different to your billing address. This must be entered in at the beginning.

 

Returns

If my clothes don’t fit or my shoes do not fit, can I return the product?
